The membership type is a 1-month membership, and you can renew it when the previous one ends.
The membership will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis.
If a member wishes to cancel their membership for the next month, they must provide written notice to The Social Stays at least 15 days prior to the end of the current month.
The member has been requested to pay the monthly membership fee before the 10th of every month.
If you delay the late payment by 7 days, it may lead to access suspension, or a late payment fee of Rs. 200 per day will be charged.
Please note that if you are unavailable for a specific number of days within a month, those days will not be adjusted in the following month.
The Social Stays Membership agreement, which you signed at the start of your membership, will remain the same if you extend your membership until your last day of membership.
General Policy
We are operational from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (up to 9:00 PM with prior approval).
Please show consideration for fellow members by keeping noise levels low in the co-working area.
Shared areas such as common areas are intended for the use of all members.
Please remember to clean up after yourself and be considerate of others.
Meeting rooms are available for reservation. Advance booking recommended.
Monthly Members receive 4 complimentary meeting hours per seat per month.
Internet is provided for work purposes only. Illegal activities are prohibited.
Treat all members with respect and professionalism.
Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Members are responsible for their belongings. The coworking operator is not liable for lost items.
Surveillance cameras are in use for security.
Please report any security concerns or issues to the staff.
Minors under 18 are not permitted in the coworking space.
Members must comply with local laws; illegal activity is not allowed.
Any violation of these rules may lead to membership termination without refund.
All agreements and payments must be completed before occupying the space.
Daily Pass Policy
Only 1 cup of tea/coffee per day is included in Daily Pass.
Members can bring guests for up to two hours; after this, a daily pass fee applies.
Guests must sign in at the front desk and follow policies.
Guests need to submit one ID proof at the reception.
Mail & Package Handling
Members can have mail and packages delivered to the space.
Packages are securely stored until they are picked up.
